At Women and Men Working for Change, we are a small but mighty team led by Executive Director Cherisa Allen and a committed Board of Directors, supported by two program consultants. Together, we bring deep community knowledge, lived experience, and a shared commitment to supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic and intimate partner violence.
